Rep War is a fitness tracking and social competition application that allows users to:
- Log and track workout data including exercises, sets, reps, and weights
- Connect with friends and compete on leaderboards
- View workout history and personal records
- Participate in fitness challenges
3. USER ACCOUNTS
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
4. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Submit false or misleading workout data to manipulate leaderboards
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, features, content, and branding, is owned by Rep War and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of the workout data and content you submit to the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service, including showing your activity to friends you've connected with.
7. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Important: Rep War is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You are solely responsible for your physical health and safety during workouts.
We do not guarantee any specific fitness results from using the App.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rep War and its creators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Personal injury resulting from exercise activities
- Service interruptions or technical failures
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. TERMINATION
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
